my portfolio - Breand - 09-03-2010 I gotta say, I'm either very lucky (except for thinking Irwin wouldnt fold) or I may be pretty good at picking stocks. I'll vote the former...for now. =) ATVI Activision 3.34 % C CITIGROUP INC 74.06 % FAS 43.82 % HIMX HIMAX TECHNOLGIES INC 43.42 % IRWNQ IRWIN FINANCIAL CORP -98.98 % NEM NEWMONT MINING CORP 38.23 % PGH PENGROWTH ENERGY TRUST 39.88 % PIR PIER 1 IMPORTS INC 25.24 % Info doesnt include selling an earlier purchase of PIR for a 225% return. All said and done, I started trading in 2/2009 and I have a total 60% return to date. But obviously, 2/2009 was a great time to get into the market. Re: my portfolio - Grieve - 10-12-2010 For my two trading accounts, you have me beat in one, but I'm ahead in the other. First was up 33.81% last year and 16.51% so far this year. Other one was up 102.39% last and 39.04% so far this. Dustie and I compare trading results regularly - we're trying to see whether my high risk (in his eyes) trading style beats his slow and steady (i.e. slightly boring, in my eyes) style over the long term.
