How can I run old education software on 64 bit Win 7 Pro?

So, I'm getting ready to head back into the classroom. I ordered some software from a brand new 2010-2011 catalog, assuming it would be able to run in an OS written at least in the last decade. Silly me. Its specs say Win 2000, NT 4.0, or earlier. It won't even run on my GFs Macbook.

Is there anyway to get it running on my school laptop? Like the title says, it runs 64 bit Win 7 Pro.
