It's a little odd to see him sitting in the conference room, smoking a cigarette, since that's been banned for like...ever. The end glows when you inhale and the water vapor looks a bit like smoke when you exhale so it LOOKS (and apparently feels) like smoking.
But there's no smell and no actual smoke, so no second-hand smoke and no smelling like an ashtray. Also no tar, so it's better for the smoker.
