Computer blue screened
#1
I have had a couple crashes in the last couple of weeks. The first two happened while doing random internet/spreadsheets stuff in which the computer basically stopped responding (although the mouse would still respond to movement) and then I had to kill the power to restart it.

Then a little bit ago I got a blue screen with this as the windows log that came up when I restarted..

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 119
BCP1: 0000000000000001
BCP2: 0000000000B7EE26
BCP3: 0000000000B7F211
BCP4: 0000000000B7F210
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

(no idea if this helps)

I checked my "Event Viewer" and it shows Critical Event ID 41 - Kernel-Power

Obviously I am pretty clueless so any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks!

Looks like video card.

General possibilities:
Update video driver (use video card manufacturer, don't rely on Windows Update for this)
Make sure it's not overheating
Make sure you have sufficient power

Ok cool, that's what I kind thought based on the couple of times the computer went wacko on me but the mouse was moving fine. Unless my power supply is bad I know it's sufficient (built as a gaming computer)

I have a liquid cooled system but not sure how to check if they are overheating. Will definitely update drivers and see if that helps.

Thanks!
