Characters: Kagomechan (60 troll rogue) / Learntwoplay (60 Orc Hunter)
For those of you that do not know me heres a little background. My name is Seth 23 years old and live on the outskirts of Houton, TX. I currently am on a break from finishing up at University of Houston with about 22 hours left to graduate. Working, saving up money and taking it easy at the moment because I hate school, but I plan to return in the fall. I normally work Thur-Sun and in most cases will not be online or till late at night, kinda depends on how busy work is. I have 4 rl friends that play on this server 2 that are active Skaag and that douchebag Jakensama :twisted: . I have never played any mmorpg games ever until skaag introduced it to me. I was always a tony hawk, halo, counterstrike kinda guy (still am). I have to say though Warcraft is the best frieken game I have ever played ever!!!
I started out on Bleeding Hollow with Kago where I met one of the coolest guys around Frye. Met him around 20's and he helped me a ton with quest all the way up to 60 and still keep in touch with him. He was such a cool guy that when I was with purge on BH and we made the transfer to CR I begged him to join purge and make the switch with us, and I'm glad he did. I joined Purge around 45 or so when I met Sip, another awesome guy. The night I met him me and him went to the wetlands and destroyed noob towns for about 4 hours...great fun. He demanded that I be in purge and he was such a cool guy I had to. Along the way I met many cool people like Cinderkitten, Flabbo (who sends me tells all the time telling me im gay or fat)
and many others who I still wave and talk to anytime I see em.
After the switch to CR even though I love pvp raiding was starting to become an interest to me, due to countless days of TM/SS ganking. I had made a few attempts at forming MC raids back when we had the guerillas channel, and between 3 guilds the interest and attendance was just not ready for the raiding aspect of the game which was totally ok but was a tad frustrating for me. When I left, I explained that I loved everyone in purge and hoped that there were no hard feelings but that I simply wanted to experience what raiding was all about. It seems to me that I left on good terms because I have always kept in touch with many purge and I am just a nice guy damnit.
I joined DA which was a great experience. I always refused to watch videos of future content simply becuase I wanted to see it on my own computer screen when I was there. The struggle to down bosses in MC with DA was lots of fun, but although Tokin was such a cool guy, being in a guild with Kozuki (ya i said it) is just unbearable. The opportunity arose for me to continue my raiding experience but with a rl friend skaag. I apologized to Tokin and DA, but I felt that it was a decision for the best. TR was a great experience being able to clear all of MC and BWL getting to see the dragon fights while making a few new friends. Honestly, I have played Kagomechan for 16 months...I probably have pvp'd enough to be HWL by now but I have 447 dishonorable kills :twisted: ...along with nonstop raiding day after day after day... kinda got a little burned out. Started a new character Learntwoplay which I am having a blast with atm cuz Hunters are teh Pwn. My hunter is basically my main character atm...only log on Kago when I want to gank some clothies, but my main BG guy is L2p. Hunter is a new aspect of fighting that I find great fun...ranged instead of melee and picking on rogues instead of hunters pickin on me!!!! I was weeks away from posting on ER forums that I wanted to take a break with Kagomechan I was getting burned out on that character. All of a sudden I log on and I get a tell saying hey "you know bout 12 ER just quit" and im like uhh WTF. Medusa who is my pal but still a douchebag and many others dropped unnanounced to join equinoticus. I was in shock and bitched him out, because it kinda destroyed the whole guild, having to take tons of new apps and reform. With Skaag, Medusa and most of the friends I had made in ER leaving along with the 1 raid leader that I actually liked leaving I decided that it was time for me to leave. My original intent was to just go guildless and just have fun pvp'n, cuz thats what I really like doin, kickin peoples ass's in teh BG's then skaag had mentioned "we should try to get back in purge" and I thought, thats a damn good idea.
I pvp'd the other night with a full Purge group in AB and hung out on vent with a bunch of drunkasses. Was laughing my ass off, had great fun pvp'n and chattin with ya. Was just like the good old days. If you guys will forgive me for leaving and would let me back in I would love to be a part of the Purge family once again. I promise that I will be here for good this time. There are so many of my friends in this guild and over time I have found out thats really what this game is all about. Party at the Moontower!!!
