Definitely not me, unless SOE were to sell their franchise to another MMO company, excluding NCSoft, because I do not do business with either of them.

Not to mention, personally I dont think they can set themselves apart from the WoW clones with either new ideas or improvements to be worth much.

As much as the lore might have a place in my heart it would have to have silly good pvp for me to consider it.

I agree.

But wouldn't it be great for EQ3 to be a back to the future idea: Sebilisian Kingdom, The Combined Human Kindoms, etc. And it's fall would leaad to the EQ1 we know and loved...

Nowhere did I see that this was confirmed.

Like Hoof said, as much as the lore holds a nice spot in my heart, they would need to do something spectacular to bring me back, or they risk ruining what was once great for me. EQ2 killed it horribly for me as well.

A 'prequel' setting would be awesome Mara, you're right. You should send 'em an idea. Wink
