I did not say Game of Thrones is not a bit sick and twisted just that it has not gotten bad enough to make me stop reading. The instances of things I'd rather not read about are still few enough and far enough between and described in vague enough ways that they don't detract much from my enjoyment of the story. And some I apparently just edit out of my memory as I have no recollection at all of what you are referring to.
