if you want a gun that can shoot anything, here seems another option.

this rifle can fire up to 12 different calibers thanks to the 8 steel adapters supplied. In addition to the two original gauges, adapters allow you to shoot 8 pistol calibers ( .380 , 9 mm , .357Mag/.38SP , .40 S & W, .44 Mag, .45 ACP , .410/.45colt ) and two shotgun calibers (410 ga, 20ga)

If I'm buying a Chiappa, it would be a rhino.

They make inserts for shotguns that will allow them to shoot basically any caliber bullet... obviously it's not as effective since the rifling and all that won't work on most of the calibers, but you could still do what you needed at close distance(probably)
