Hydration Systems
#1
I recently purchased the HydraStorm 100 oz. Hydration System for my assault pack.

The following video sealed the deal for me.

Here is my system (empty).

Here it is full.

Here is the "Bite Me" valve up close. It has an on/off switch and an easy "push and twist" disconnect from the tube.

There is a pocket in the very back of my assault pack (the part directly up against my back) that is meant to carry the hydration bladder. It fits the 100oz bladder nicely.

You feed the tube through a hole in the very top of the pack.

And there is a velcro piece that fits down over the tube hole to prevent rain from filling your pack and it helps to secure the tube in place.

And finally I weave the tube down the left shoulder strap of the pack using the webbing to secure the tube. I put the "Bite Me" valve in the D-ring to stop it from flapping everywhere. I find this setup to be very handy.
