it wasn't taking my vote again, I think it might be a problem with Google Chrome because I switched to IE and it accepted my vote just fine.
it's hard to tell, I get the same "Puedes Votar nuevamente..." message on both, but in Chrome the count didn't go up while in IE it did.
I wonder if any of my votes previously made in Chrome were counted?
