You have to pull the stock up and on the bottom right it will have a calendar for the company events coming up. - grizzle - 04-14-2009 Good info, guys, thanks! - Grieve - 04-14-2009 Stock PvP trade: Sell EVERYTHING! - amins - 04-14-2009 I spy with my lil eye... Grieve making a move! - Vanraw - 04-14-2009 Grieve Wrote:Stock PvP trade: Sell EVERYTHING! Thinken Pull back!!! Gonna miss the next bump. - Breand - 04-16-2009 I am an extremely happy RL owner of PIR today. Ive just doubled my initial investment. - Dustie - 04-16-2009 Trade: SELL EVERYTING (SELL ALL MY VFINX) - Breand - 04-17-2009 so I guess C was sell the news, down 10% today. What news were traders expecting tho, a miracle? They still blew away expectations. On the bright side PIR up another 10% again today. 150% return on investment so far. - Dustie - 04-17-2009 Breand Wrote:so I guess C was sell the news, down 10% today. C already had it's jump starting on the 8th, 9th, 13th when Wells announced expectations. This drop is just the delta in the prediction. - Grieve - 04-17-2009 Dustie Wrote:I was one of those foolish traders.Breand Wrote:so I guess C was sell the news, down 10% today. Picked up $2k worth late yesterday, very happy when I checked at 6:30 and saw they had beat. Stock spiked up 15% pre-market...should have sold then. Looks like it's recovering a bit now. I think long-term it will continue to rise. - Zephyrs - 04-17-2009 No doubt C will continue to rise, It will be at $10 in a year or less - Vanraw - 04-18-2009 BUY BUY BUY 10,000 shares of NYSE:IFX - Grieve - 04-18-2009 This weeks update (as usual, portolios in first post updated too): Players (as of end of day 4-18-09) 1 (2) $182,011 (+82%) Zephyrs 2 (1) $169,995 (+70%) Vanraw 3 (3) $168,928 (+69%) Grizzle (backdated) 4 (4) $148,715 (+49%) Bonestomper 5 (5) $146,155 (+46%) Dustie 6 (7) $141,985 (+42%) amins 7 (9) $141,628 (+42%) Hoofhurr 8 (8 ) $131,593 (+32%) Grieve 9 (10 ) $130,361 (+30%) Breand 10 (6) $129,512 (+29%) Thudz 11 (11) $120,667 (+21%) Venganza 12 (12) $100,000 (-) Slamz Zeph wins back the lead, with Griz closing fast on Maul. Hoof has the biggest jump of the week. Everyone who sold (including me, Dustie, and especially Thudz) picked a BAD time to do so (you were right, Maul!)... How long can this rally last?? - Hoofhurr - 04-19-2009 It's hard for me to fathom 42k gains since we started this thing. I'm trying very hard to not mentally spend it all. - Grieve - 04-20-2009 Well the pullback seems to finally be happening. C and BAC down 17% today, GE down 8%. Question is...when to jump back in? Is this a one day profit-taking event, or are we in for a bigger pullback? I really want to get back into the financials... - Vanraw - 04-20-2009 Grieve Wrote:Well the pullback seems to finally be happening. C and BAC down 17% today, GE down 8%. The real question is what will be the next good news? Could be a earnings report. Perhaps a good Jobs report..... My gut feeling, is that we will continue to see a lot of volatility and we will bounce around 7800 to 8200 for a while until there is another sign of economy improvement. - Thudz - 04-20-2009 Vanraw Wrote:Grieve Wrote:Well the pullback seems to finally be happening. I don't forsee a good job report for quite sometime. Maybe spring '10. Maybe we can print another trillion dollars and see how high the market goes up. Sounds fun! - amins - 04-21-2009 GOOG's $170 dollar run from april 17... might be a good time to start shorting, it's hit a trendline and resistance... - Dustie - 04-21-2009 Grieve Wrote:This weeks update (as usual, portolios in first post updated too):146 Grieve, what share price did you use to calculate my sale on April 16th? VFINX on: April 15: 78.50 April 16: 79.72 April 17: 80.12 I had 1,874 VFINX so (146,155 / 1874) is 77.99. I don't see that number in the results for VFINX at all. The minimum number you could have used would be 78.50, the number I think you should have used is 79.72. Even accounting for he comission, this result is thousands off. My value should be 149,395.28 or 149,385.28 (10 bucks off for comission). Right? - amins - 04-21-2009 I'd watch Dustie, Bone... He's try'n to finaggle his way into 4th! He's tricksy! - Dustie - 04-21-2009 amins Wrote:I'd watch Dustie, Bone... I think that Bone must have payed Greive off. - Thudz - 04-21-2009 BUY ORDER : ALL © Citigroup - bonestomper - 04-21-2009 well, it won't be on todays performance. but come on, 4th and not a single financial or tech company? i feel like i am winning huge. - Vanraw - 04-21-2009 Thudz Wrote:I don't forsee a good job report for quite sometime. Remember right now the mentality is that anything that is not god awful is good news. A flat job report or something that shows it not going south at the expected pace, would rally the market again. - Grieve - 04-21-2009 Dustie Wrote:Grieve, what share price did you use to calculate my sale on April 16th?
