Well look at that. No organization in any shape/form/fashion and they manage to be successful.
... Now let's insert an organization with rules that make sure that the quickest learners are held back until the slowest learners have caught up.
... Then let's create some standardized tests that test memorization capabilities; not problem solving capabilities.
... Heck, let's throw in some grossly underpaid, undertrained adults to enforce their own rules on what the kids can/can't do and how they should be learning.
