Anyone know if/how to take a DVD and put it on a phone to be watched while on a plane?
Got a Thunderbolt if it matters.

If you have converted the DVD to a MPEG or some such, you can just stick it on your SD drive and watch it.
You can also buy the movie android market place.

I already have the DVD's. I just need to know how to convert them to a format that will allow me to play them on my Android.
I have a 3 hour flight this weekend and was hoping to put some stuff on it for my 6 yr old to keep him occupied.

Looks like "Handbrake" is a readily available, free, open source program.
