I saw an an interesting stat the other day which said that only 1% of the US corn crop is sweet corn, and the other 99% is feed corn or for ethanol.
Kinda crazy that only 1% of the corn crop is for (direct) human consumption, because fresh Minnesota Sweet Corn is the bomb diggity. SUCK IT IOWA!
