I'd argue that Grieve has too much faith in the consumer... to accept mediocrity, and buy apple's shit.
No, my point is you guys think consumers are smarter than they actually are and will somehow realize they are buying shit. But they are paying $100 for 16GB of flash that the market has set to be around $10, so that is a sign of the type of people you are dealing with.
