[spoiler]Well their are death's coming up that would be much larger than Oberyn's death based on the TV show.
Their is Jon as you mentioned, possibly Brien, Poddrick and The Hound.
Arys Oakheart could have as big a role as Oberyn did and he bites it as well.[/spoiler]
