That episode went pretty much like I thought it would. They have steered things back to the path of the books. More or less.
I'm glad they were continuing with the Arya storyline in that episode. That puts her back on track with the books.
The Stannis, Myrcella, and Shireen bit has jumped ahead of the books, but I'm fine with that. Now we get to see if Lord Fat Ass can stop eating nachos and watching NFL, long enough to write the next book.
If not then we will see more whacky hijinks of Jamie/Bronn tag team and the Sand Snakes.
