...how can a Doctor or a public Hospital turn away the sick and injured. They cant. When they do, They become the monsters.

I'm not sure I agree with this. Sure, it sucks to not help someone who is injured. But it's just enabling more of the same behavior. It's voluntarily accepting and endorsing immoral behavior out of a selfish wish to avoid feeling guilty.

Why is it okay for them to say 'screw the laws i want to feed my family' but wrong for you to say 'screw you you're stuffing it up my country's butt'?
