Hehe... no worries. 
The board is just a good place to spend a few minutes here and there throughout the work day to chill out and relax. Maybe make fun of Cinder-Shemale while you are here, talk about upcoming instance runs, etc... then go back to work.
Basically, its just another way to get out of doing work!
