I use Schwab Brokerage. IRA, and Banking that gives NO ATM fees and Interest bearing checking. I have called them a few times and have always been answered by the 1st person I call. Schwab is great.
I would watch out with E-Trade. They are close to being insolvent. Just search any news provider.
