Uh, copy the entire contents of her mydocs/mymusic/itunes/itunes music folder and paste it into the same directory on the desired computer
or if shes under 4.9/8gb (dual layer writer/disc required) respectively, use the File>Library>Backup to disc function
or if shes under 4.9/8gb (dual layer writer/disc required) respectively, use the File>Library>Backup to disc function
