Quote:ollege tuition is on the rise, and more students have discovered the new way to avoid student loan debt. Through SeekingArrangement.com, college students can connect with wealthy benefactors, otherwise known as Sugar Daddies, who can help pay for tuition.
I think we know where this is going. The site also promises “…a life of luxury…with fine dinners, exotic trips and allowances,†for the students and “beautiful members to accompany them at all times†for whoever wants to sponsor someone. Anyone who wants their tuition paid for instead of having to work a minimum-wage shitty job can sign up and escort a sponsor around, essentially becoming a “Sugar Baby.â€
They recently released a report showing their stats and numbers for 2014, boasting a 42% increase in new members (about 1.4 million current members) from the year previous. The college with the most new sign ups last year? The University of Texas! Their tuition is over $35,000 annually, so the “extra help†is understandable I suppose.
I don't own kid gloves.
