My most recent is a Walther PDP Pro 9MM compact. It's pretty sweet. Has suppressor/co-witness height sights, threaded barrel and is cut for a reflex sight. I have the Holosun SCS PDP on it which is designed specifically for this gun. Thing shoots like a dream. My wife enjoys shooting it as well. Really great trigger and really comfortable to shoot.

It's not as comfortable to carry as my S&W Shield, but carry's okay.
Neither side is going to back down, but it's kinda stupid, because one side has a relative handful of terrorists and some shitty rockets while the other side has a professional military, an air force, and loads of bombs.
I have often wondered just what the hell Hamas really thought they were going to accomplish but I guess in the end, they were just idiots.

Each groups military goal isn't the same. Guerrilla fighting is to just survive and wear down the big force. Right now, Hamas is wearing down Israel even with the bombs dropping because they have mobilized their army and its eating up their economy. It'll only get worse if they try and ferret them out of the tunnels.

Guerrilla warfare has worked a lot in history and in the modern age. Vietnam, Afghanistan (soviet and US), Iraq, and more were similar. Hamas cannot achieve the "wiping of the earth" goal unless they had help. The issue with everyone (Jordan, Saudi, Syria, Egypt, and even Iran) else is less that they are secular but that they aren't guerillas and could get wrecked by US and Israeli firepower. Asymmetrical warfare allows them to deny involvement directly (see 9/11).

Data on government studies normally isn't wildly skewed. What happens is that people distort the conclusions of the study for political/financial gains. These things are big boring reports so most people don't read them, so they rely on some else to tell them what was in it. Data from the CDC, NIH, CMS, DOE, EPA, DOD, etc all need to be accurate and reliable to inform our elected officials. Whither or not officials act on that data (or even read it) is the responsibility of the voting public.
They don't. Their aids do and then twist it into whatever political benefit they see fit. That also doesn't get into what kind of report is asked for or if the methods in getting the data is released or non biased by subordinates. You can have no violations of the law under your watch for example if the AG doesn't pursue any cases. Or you can be "tough on crime" if you throw in every minor citation into your data group.

Keep in mind that the natural production rates of ports will be ratcheted down to 0. You will need outposts and productions buildings to make those resources available in those ports.
Exactly, I would assume for now that the ports don't produce anything. The base product now only tells you what kind of factory you can build, the factory will determine output.
I think the port production rate will still affect how quickly your own factories refill. You will not be able to click out as much Live Oak in a port that produces 47 per day as you could in a port that produces 120 per day.

Basically, there will no longer be a port-wide shop for resource production, now each factory building will be its own shop. but each factory shop will still fill up at a rate determined by the port, some slower than others. and it will still be possible for a factory shop to run dry before you run out of hours.

edit: also, for these lists I restrict each one to 4 ports maximum to save the number of needed outposts. in some cases higher production is available at other nearby ports but that would require 5 or 6 outposts.
The new blood lust stat boost may turn out to be a bad thing as it rewards the already dominant server and kicks the little guy while he's down, but the rest of it seems good to me.

Did any of you necros try the skill that pulls you to the target? You cast a claw that hits the enemy and you pop next tot he target and freeze everyone. I never thought about it, but wonder if this could be used to pop up on a wall? Will have to try next beta.
This is an odd place/topic for a new guy to the Purge to post, but after reading the post on M-16 vs. AK 47... (I vote for M-14).. it brought up memories of arguments I had with my buddies about which was actually a better sidearm for the military and the private sector.

I voted for the Colt .45 ACP due to its superior impact/takedown and the fact that last I was aware Marine Force Recon guys choose it as well. Where as stock Marines are issued the 9mm. If the guys who are doing the killing choose to use one over the other than I tend to follow their lead.

I am curious to see how the Purge folk feel about this one.
I don't hunt deer with a .22 why would I try and kill a bad guy with one? Same goes for the 9mm. I would rather take down what I am shooting at with fewer shots. In an adrenaline rushed environment wounded guys are still dangerous.. I would rather hit them once and put them down. The whole firepower vs. ammo capacity argument I guess.

Figures the gun topic would get me to posting here more often.. heh lil hillbilly that I am.

I somehow missed this section to Purge forums. lol
